We offer free shipping on all Australia and New Zealand orders above AU$ 55. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, there will be a shipping fee of AU$ 7.50.

How much does shipping cost?

Yes, we do! Our Click & Collect service is available from our Kensington warehouse in VIC, Australia. It’s a free service for all orders with no minimum purchase value.

Here’s our collection window:
Monday - Thursday, anytime between 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 3.30pm.
Friday, anytime between 10am - 12.30pm.

You’ll receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection! More info can be found in the email.

Update for 9 May 2024 (Thursday):
Our team will be away on 9 May 2024 for our Wellness Day. 

Any Australia/New Zealand orders placed during that day will be fulfilled immediately once we get back on 10 May 2024. Our Click & Collect service will resume then, too.

If you need to get your hands on an Orbitkey product urgently, feel free to check out an Orbitkey retailer near you. You can find one here. Please give them a call before dropping by, as not all retailers stock our entire range.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Shipping time for orders across Australia is 2-7 days, while orders to New Zealand will take between 2-3 weeks.

Our fulfilment centre in Kensington, VIC, has a processing time of 1-2 business days, and your order will be shipped out after it has been packed.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking details then. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking link to be updated. If there’s no movement after 3 days, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How long does shipping take?

We offer a two-year limited warranty, beginning at the time of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), on all Orbitkey products sold. 

This limited warranty only applies to damaged items. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, or unreasonable use or neglect.

To submit a warranty claim, please send us an image/video of the issue with a detailed explanation of what happened here, and we will do our best to help you. Please include your order ID/proof of purchase, the product batch code (for the Nest or Desk Mat) and current shipping details in your email too.

How long is your warranty period?

Our return policy is 30 days, as long as the items are unused and in a re-sellable condition, packed in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation shipped with the product. 

We can help prep for a Return and ensure everything's in order! Please send us images of the product(s) in its packaging and your other details here. It would also help if you could tell us why you're initiating a return.

If you need to change your order, please send us a message immediately, and we will do our best to assist you!

However, if you have already received your order confirmation and tracking details, we can no longer change or cancel the order. 

If you ordered the wrong items, don't worry - you have up to 30 days to return them.
