Free Gifts with Purchase
A free, limited-edition Yellow/Black Foldable Duffel is available for a limited time only, while stocks last. Once this gift runs out, the gifts with purchase will switch to another product, which you’ll see under Your Cart. Minimum spend thresholds apply to physical, shippable items only (excluding gift cards, shipping, and parcel protection services) and are calculated after any applicable discounts have been applied. Black Friday Mystery Bundle
The Black Friday Mystery Bundle promotion offers customers the opportunity to purchase a curated, limited-edition bundle of Orbitkey products at a significantly reduced price. Each bundle contains a mix of premium and everyday Orbitkey items, and guarantees a minimum discount off the total retail value.
Promotion period: Offer runs from 10am AEDT Thursday, 20 November 2025 until 11.59pm Friday, 21 November 2025.
Availability: Limited quantity and available while stocks last. Australia: minimum 40% off retail value; United States, European Union, and Asia: minimum 45% off retail value. Promo unavailable in Canada.
Product details: Each bundle is assembled at random and may include duplicate or similar product types. The specific contents of each bundle cannot be chosen, previewed, or exchanged. Packaging and included product colours, materials, and styles may vary. The advertised discount is based on total retail value of the items included at full price. Images and descriptions used in promotional materials are illustrative only and may not reflect actual contents.
Returns & exchanges: Mystery Bundles are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind or preference. Faulty items within a bundle will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Orbitkey’s standard warranty policy. If a replacement for a faulty item is unavailable, a comparable product of equal or greater value may be provided at Orbitkey’s discretion.

Black Friday Orbitkey Giveaway
Promotion period*: Promo runs from 10:00am AEDT (local Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 until 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday, 27 November 2025.
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Orbitkey and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How To Enter: Each order placed on orbitkey.com.au during the promotion period* counts as one (1) entry and will be automatically included in the draw.
- Multiple genuine orders are allowed; however, orders placed in unusually large quantities or in a manner designed solely to obtain additional entries may be reviewed for eligibility.
- Duplicate, bulk, or fake customer accounts, or entries created using false information, will be disqualified.
- Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid orders do not qualify.
- Orders placed outside the promotion period will not be counted.

Additional Terms: There will be one prize pack available globally - entries are valid from orbitkey.com, orbitkey.com.au, and orbitkey.eu. As such, purchases of our products made outside of our websites and from orbitkey.asia are not valid for entry. Limit of one entry per order. Black Friday Bonus Credit
During the Black Friday promotional period, "Eligible Customers" may receive a limited-time Bonus Credit to use on qualifying purchases made via Orbitkey’s regional online stores.
The offer is valid only within the promotional period* and cannot be redeemed outside these dates.
Different Bonus Credit tiers may apply for specific customer groups. Customers eligible for more than one offer may redeem multiple Bonus Credits, where applicable; however, each Bonus Credit may be applied only once per customer and once per order.
Eligibility: This offer is available only to customers who receive a Bonus Credit directly from Orbitkey via email or on-site messaging (“Eligible Customers”).
