Our Click & Collect service is now available from our Kensington warehouse in Victoria, Australia. It’s a quicker, more convenient alternative to home delivery and a free service for orders with no minimum purchase value. And if you're in a hurry, a same-day Click & Collect service is also available within 3 hours after the order is placed, but please make sure that the order is placed before 12 pm.

How to Click & Collect in 3 simple steps:

1. Add item(s) to your cart via our online store and proceed to Checkout.
2. Select ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery option and finalise your purchase.
3. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. 

Collection window: 

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification with more information. Our warehouse currently operates on weekdays only. We’re closed on weekends and all public holidays.

Please bring one of the following and present this to one of our friendly staff:

• Order invoice email
• Order collection email 

(If someone else is collecting on your behalf, simply forward them your order collection email.)

Important notes:

• Same-day pick up is available for orders placed before 12 pm. You'll receive an email once your order is ready.
• Our warehouse currently operates on weekdays only. We’re closed on weekends and all public holidays. Any order placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will not be processed until Monday.  

Frequently Asked Questions: 

1. What happens if I can’t/don’t collect my order?
   • If your Click & Collect order isn’t collected within 10 days, it’ll be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Are all products available for Click & Collect?
   • Absolutely! From our range of accessories to our Nest and Desk Mat, they’re all available for Click & Collect, except pre-orders.
