Our Click & Collect service is now available from our Kensington warehouse in Victoria, Australia. It’s a quicker, more convenient alternative to home delivery and a free service for orders with no minimum purchase value. And if you're in a hurry, a same-day Click & Collect service is also available within 3 hours after the order is placed, but please make sure that the order is placed before 12 pm.
How to Click & Collect in 3 simple steps:
- Add item(s) to your cart via our online store and proceed to Checkout.
- Select ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery option and finalise your purchase.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Collection window:
Monday - Thursday, anytime between 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 3.30pm.
Friday, anytime between 10am - 12.30pm.

Please bring one of the following and present this to one of our friendly staff:
- Order invoice email
- Order collection email
(If someone else is collecting on your behalf, simply forward them your order collection email.)
Important notes:
- Same-day pick up is available for orders placed before 12 pm. You'll receive an email once your order is ready.
- Our warehouse currently operates on weekdays only. We’re closed on weekends and all public holidays. Any order placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will not be processed until Monday.
- Our Click & Collect service will be disabled during the promotion period – Boxing Day.
- Given the current global circumstances, we kindly ask that you respect social distancing guidelines when collecting your order.

- What happens if I can’t/don’t collect my order?
- If your Click & Collect order isn’t collected within 10 days, it’ll be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Are all products available for Click & Collect?
- Absolutely! From our range of accessories to our Nest and Desk Mat, they’re all available for Click & Collect, except pre-orders.
