1. The Promoter
This promotion is run by Orbitkey Pty Ltd, ABN 15 634 506 059, of 2 McLennan Drive, Kensington VIC 3031, Australia.
2. Promotion period
This promotion commences on 1 October 2026 and then runs on an ongoing quarterly basis. Reviews are grouped into four quarterly draw periods each calendar year (each a "Promotion Period"):
- Quarter 1: 1 January – 31 March
- Quarter 2: 1 April – 30 June
- Quarter 3: 1 July – 30 September
- Quarter 4: 1 October – 31 December
All times are Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT). A separate prize draw is held for each Promotion Period. Each eligible review is entered into the draw for the Promotion Period in which it is submitted; entries do not carry over between quarters.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are Orbitkey customers and have purchased an Orbitkey product.
4. How to enter
To enter, leave a genuine review of an Orbitkey product you have purchased (for example, via the review request or link we send you) during the Promotion Period. As a thank you for reviewing, you’ll receive a discount code for your next order (see clause 6), and each eligible review you submit during the Promotion Period will automatically count as one entry into the prize draw.
You may submit multiple reviews during the Promotion Period, provided each review relates to a different Orbitkey product you have purchased. Only one review per product will be eligible for entry into the prize draw. Multiple reviews of the same product will not provide additional entries.
5. Your review
We welcome honest feedback. Rewards and prize-draw entry are available for leaving a review regardless of whether it is positive or negative; a favourable review is never required to enter or win. Reviews may be moderated and published on our website and marketing channels. By submitting a review, you grant Orbitkey a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display your review (including any photo or video you include) in connection with our products and marketing. We may decline to publish or remove a review at our discretion, including where it is offensive, unlawful, fraudulent, not genuine, contains personal or promotional information, or is unrelated to the product being reviewed.
6. Review reward (discount)
As a thank you, you’ll receive a discount code for AU$10 off your next order for a text review, or AU$15 off if your review includes a photo or video. The discount code will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Discount codes are single-use, limited to one per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and expire 365 days after issue. Orbitkey reserves the right to withhold a code where a review is found not to be genuine.
If your discount code doesn’t come through, please check your Spam or Promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it after 48 hours, just get in touch with our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
7. The prize
There is one prize per Promotion Period: an AU$300 Orbitkey Gift Card (i.e. one winner drawn each quarter). The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. The gift card is subject to Orbitkey’s standard gift card terms and expires in 365 days.
8. The draw
One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries for each Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted electronically within 5 business days after the end of each Promotion Period.
A separate winner will be drawn for each quarterly Promotion Period. An individual may only win this promotion once and, once selected as a winner, will not be eligible to win in any subsequent Promotion Period.
9. Notification and claim
The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their review or order within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, Orbitkey reserves the right to redraw, subject to any applicable law. Orbitkey may publish the winner’s first name, last initial and State or Territory of residence* on its website and social media channels to announce the result; by entering, you consent to this publication.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for this promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used to run the promotion, contact the winner, and announce the result as described in clause 9. Personal information (see clause 9*) may be shared with our review platform provider for the purpose of collecting and displaying reviews.
11. General
Orbitkey reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries, and to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion where necessary, subject to any applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Orbitkey is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12. Not affiliated
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Okendo, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), or any other third-party platform on which it may be advertised.
Promotion/discount codes are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and are not redeemable to purchase Last Chance, Limited Edition and Collaboration items and digital gift cards.
Promotion/discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with other offers or discounts. Unique discount or promotion codes cannot be used during sitewide promotion periods unless specified otherwise.
Value and Mystery Bundle Terms.
Our Value Bundles and Mystery Bundles are carefully curated to offer you exceptional value and significant savings. Because of this special pricing, these bundles cannot be combined with additional offers or promotions.
Please be aware of the following conditions:
- Discount codes cannot be applied to Value or Mystery Bundles.
- Gift with Purchase promotions do not apply when ordering these bundles.
Redemption.
To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the promotion code into the "gift card or discount code" box during the checkout process, purchase using an auto-applied code or select the promotion pop-up in your cart.
No discount codes are required to redeem Gift With Purchase promotions.
Shipping.
Promotional codes do not apply to shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct.
Returns.
Returns and exchanges are subject to Orbitkey's return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.

From time to time, we may run promotions on our website, which are subject to both these Terms & Conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific terms that apply to each promotion.
