Orbitkey accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- If an item you're returning comes with a free gift, please return it too.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, the 30-day return window begins from the date your order is delivered.
Please note:
- Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned.
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer directly.
How do I return an Orbitkey product?
- Submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
- You can choose to return your items for a refund or a store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase.
- After completing your return request:
- Australian customers will receive a prepaid return label. A return postage fee of AU$7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
- New Zealand customers will receive a return address instantly.
- Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
- You can post your return to us via a shipping courier that provides a tracking number.
- Please share your tracking number with us so we can help keep an eye on the return.
- Refund and store credit will be processed as soon as your return is in transit back to our warehouse.
Please note that we're unable to refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.
If you don't receive your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days after returning the item, please contact our team with your order number and the tracking number/proof of postage so we can look into it for you.
