Changed your mind or made an error during your purchase? No worries; we have all been there! You have 30 days from the purchase date to return items in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact our team with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide an RMA number along with a return label for Australian customers (with a return postage fee of AU$7.50, which will be deducted from your refund) or a return address for New Zealand customers. Please note that the original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, and any return shipping fees will not be reimbursed or refunded.
If you received a gift with your purchase, please ensure it is also returned in good, re-sellable condition.
If you purchased an Orbitkey product from another retailer, please reach out to them directly. For pre-ordered or back-ordered products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns for personalised, monogrammed items.
We are also unable to refund foreign transaction or international processing fees associated with currency conversion on credit card transactions.
