Orbitkey products are backed by a no-fuss 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials, workmanship, or parts that would render your product non-functional during regular use.

If you received an item that is broken or no longer functions as it should, we’d be happy to arrange a replacement at no charge.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To submit a claim, please contact us with the following:

  • Your order number. If you don’t have it, your full name and the email address used for the purchase will work too.
  • A photo or video showing the issue
  • The batch code on the product (if available). If your item has a care label, the batch code is usually located underneath it.

Once we've reviewed the information, we'll confirm the issue and arrange the next steps. This may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note 

  • Warranty claims apply only to items purchased through our website or authorised retailers.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process a claim.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
