Shipping location/warehouses
We ship orders across Australia and to New Zealand (www.orbitkey.com.au) from our Melbourne warehouse (The cut-off time to amend any of these orders is 11:00 AM)
- We typically dispatch within 1-2 business days.
- Monogrammed orders (available only to customers based in Australia and New Zealand) will be shipped from our Melbourne office.
- To reduce long wait times, back-ordered items may be shipped directly from our international fulfilment centre rather than our local fulfilment centre. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days, allowing us to avoid the additional 4–5 week transfer time between fulfilment centres and get your order to you sooner.
- If an item is on pre-order, we will ship your full order once all items are available. This is part of our efforts to minimise our carbon footprint.
Shipping time
Standard shipping to:
- Australia is via Australia Post (shipping time: 2-7 days)
- New Zealand is via Australia Post International (shipping time: 2-3 weeks)
Do you provide Express shipping?
At this stage, we only offer express shipping within Australia (via Australia Post). Delivery can take between 1-3 working days.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Domestic standard shipping usually takes 3 -7 working days, depending on your location.
