Shipping & fulfilment

We'll always try to ship your order from the nearest available location. Orders placed on orbitkey.com.au are fulfilled from our Melbourne warehouse. The cut-off time to amend an order is 11:00 AM.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with tracking information sent within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
• Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from another fulfilment centre if it means we can get it to you sooner or if the item is currently in stock there. Either way, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days.
• If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship everything together once all items are available to help reduce our carbon footprint.
• If your order includes monogramming, please allow an additional 1 business day for processing before your order is dispatched. Monogrammed orders are fulfilled from our Melbourne warehouse. Learn more about our monogramming service here.
