We'll always try to ship your order from the nearest available location.

Our Kensington, VIC warehouse typically dispatches within 1-2 business days. 

Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from a different fulfilment centre if it means we can get it to you sooner or if the item is currently in stock there. Either way, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible.

For orders in Australia, our scheduled courier pick-ups for shipping out orders are every Monday-Friday afternoon. The cut-off time to amend any of your orders is 11:00 AM.
