Important Shipping Update

The Orbitkey team, including our warehouse team, will be away on our annual team retreat from 18-19 June 2026.

Any Australia and New Zealand orders placed during this period will be processed and dispatched when we return on 22 June 2026. Our Click & Collect service will also resume on 22 June.

If you're planning to collect an order, we're still open from 15-17 June, so feel free to drop by during our usual collection hours. More details can be found here.

If you need an Orbitkey product urgently, feel free to visit an Orbitkey retailer near you. You can find your nearest retailer here. We recommend giving them a quick call before visiting, as not all retailers carry our full product range.

Our Kensington, VIC warehouse typically dispatches within 1-2 business days. 

For orders in Australia, our scheduled courier pick-ups for shipping out orders are every Monday-Friday afternoon. The cut-off time to amend any of your orders is 11:00 AM.
